approach

Post-operative care is the type of care a patient receives following a surgical procedure. It begins when an operation is completed and continues during inpatient and outpatient stays in the initial recovery room.

Post-operative care continues after the patients are discharged from the hospital, and support is provided at home by support workers and nurses.

Benefits of post operative care include:
Enhanced recovery
Reduced complications and side effects
Improved quality of life
